The U1-MLM is a result of a collaboration between UNIMATIC and Massena LAB, inspired by the French navy of the 1960s. It is a modern interpretation of vintage design elements, featuring a limited edition of only 200 pieces. Each watch has a unique shade of deep blue dial, ranging from ocean to navy, crafted through natural color changes during production. The markers on the watch are hand-painted, ensuring crisp detailing, while an anchor engraving on the case back pays homage to French naval tradition. The timepiece has a Seiko NH35 automatic movement, a blue metallic bezel, and a sapphire crystal, housed within a 41.5mm stainless steel case. The U1-MLM comes with both a French navy olive strap and a UNIMATIC blue NATO strap, offering a distinct blend of craftsmanship and maritime heritage.
